Meet Tianyang, our dedicated Customer Success Officer at Relocare Compliance App. With extensive experience as a project manager in the 3D CGI sector, senior relocation agent, and destination manager across diverse countries, Tianyang brings a unique blend of expertise in both people and data. Thriving in results-oriented environments, she excels in managing product requests with clients, facilitating seamless client onboarding, and promptly addressing escalated client concerns.

Tianyang serves as a vital bridge between our clients and the product team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Having lived as an expatriate in various countries, including China, Singapore, South Africa, the UK, and Sweden, Tianyang possesses invaluable insights into expats’ challenges and needs, enabling her to proactively address potential issues before they arise.

Her educational background mirrors her professional diversity. Tianyang holds a Master of Arts degree in Digital Innovation Management, showcasing her commitment to staying at the forefront of her field. In addition to her master’s degree, she possesses an advanced vocational degree in Destination Management and Marketing Automation. Furthermore, she is an authorized tourist guide in both South Africa and Sweden.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Tianyang is an avid outdoor enthusiast who relishes spending time with her dog and embarking on exhilarating hikes, reminiscent of her past as a rooftop tour guide in Stockholm. Tianyang’s passion for exploring and connecting with diverse cultures perfectly complements her role in our multicultural team, enriching our clients’ experiences.
