Relocare wouldn’t be the same without Else. Actually, there wouldn’t even be a Relocare, if it wasn’t for her. As founder, owner and managing director it’s with Else, that everything starts. Else Christensen is Managing Director of Relocare who in 2014 grew to include the taxation company Relocare Taxation International ApS and Relocare Group ApS and in 2018 grew to Sweden with the company Relocare Sweden AB. In 2020 Relocare also formed their own IT department; Relocare Tech handling compliance App for business travelers.

She is the mastermind behind Relocare’s specialized services, and her heart is in it all the way. She knows firsthand the challenges of crossing borders and building a home in another country.

Both the French and the Swiss have enjoyed her sparkling spirit and energetic way of life when she worked within Product Development, responsible for Europe, Africa and the Middle East. She has settled in Denmark sharing her concrete experience and strong expertise.

Independence and leadership are high on Else’s agenda. She doesn’t settle for half measures or unclear answers, but gives concrete and accurate, personal and professional guidance that generates successful results.

Since 2007, Relocare has grown to 22 hired employees and consultants located in Denmark and Sweden and partners all over the world supplying destination services, taxation, immigration and global mobility. With the drive and entrepreneurship she possesses, this is far from her final goal. Her goal is to continue expanding Relocare and the compliance business App; Relocare Compliance App for business travelers. 

Else also graduated as NLP practitioner in 2011 and Intercultural conflict negotiator and IDI inventory trainer in 2012.

It’s not just anybody who makes use of the competences that Relocare’s founder has. The customers include large companies and organizations like Alstom, Thales, Sephora, Novo Nordisk, DSV, Blue Water Shipping, Arla, Royal Unibrew and several other international multinationals. Also Danish municipalities and regions often make use of her successful counselling.

Cultural understanding and an international vision are important. Else has wide experience from abroad and holds a BSc in Food science and a BA (Hons.) degree in Business Administration & Strategic Management, focusing on the challenges of relocation and retaining labour.

Else Christensen is also trained as an intercultural coach and conflict resolution trainer from the IDI Research Institute in Minnesota. She is also trained in the measurement and development of intercultural empathy by Dr. Hammer, USA and is certified in an intercultural profiling by Dr. Milton Bennett.

Holding both a solid practical and extensive theoretical knowledge in the field, she is your personal guarantee for qualified guidance and counselling, when your company relocates employees to or from Denmark.

Behind the professional appearance and the sharp business instinct there is a caring mother of two wonderful twin boys and a passionate horse enthusiast. When Else needs to relax, she likes to go travelling, preferably with the family.
